Maximize the Look of Portable Trade Show Displays

A trade show display does not have to be big and expensive to draw in a crowd. With the right design, even table top pop up displays can outshine a 20 x 20 truss system. These tips will help transform your ordinary portable show display into one that gets results.

Big and Colorful Graphics
The first thing attendees will notice about trade show displays is the graphics. Use large pictures of the products or people using the products to clearly let your booth display visitors know what your company sells. Also, in as few words as possible, let everyone know who you are, what you do, and how they can benefit from your products.

Make Your Company’s Name Clearly Visible
Put the name of your business in big letters at the top of your trade show booth, making it the focus of your display booth. Using backlit headers is one excellent way of making your company’s name the star of your convention display.

Logo-Imprinted Floor and Table Covers
Especially if you use table top pop up displays, drape the table with a cover that matches the colors used on the tradeshow booth, as well as a large logo imprinted directly on the table cover. This is a great way of having memorable trade show exhibits the attendees will remember long after the event. Also, trade show flooring is a nice touch for all portable displays because it adds sophistication to the booth display in an eye-catching way. Dye-sub carpets allow you to print your logo as well as any images you would like to add.

Add Lights
Most conventions are dimly-lit, making it difficult to tell the difference from one show display to the next. Adding lights is a simple way of drawing attention to your booth.

Get Rid of the Clutter
Having a cluttered display system not only makes your exhibition booth look disorganized, but can also reflect poorly on your business. Keep all promotional literature in a literature stand, your products on a separate table or counter, and keep the center of your booth space free to give attendees room to browse.

Display booths for trade shows don’t have to be expensive, but should have a design that will draw in a crowd. Hopefully these tips will help you become a hit at your next event while staying within your budget!
